Act as an author

CODEX principles for the voluntarily agreed fencing sequence (1993)

For many years, Henner Huhle has devoted his work as an author to student corporations, focusing primarily on student fencing. In March 1978 and April of the same year, "The History of Student Fighting" was published as a special edition in the CC-Blatt, a quarterly magazine that serves its members as a club magazine. In the special edition, Huhle describes the close connection between fencing and studentism itself: "The history of student fencing begins with studentism or with the students themselves."

Furthermore, Huhle published a codex for the principles for voluntarily agreed fencing consequences. In it, Huhle describes in particular how honorary affairs for weapons students were regulated in the late 19th century. In it, Huhle describes honorary matters as follows: "Honorary matters are those in which one participant sees his honor injured by another; feels offended." In his book, Huhle worked out 13 paragraphs that had to be observed in an agreed fencing sequence.
