Henri Mondor

Henri Jean Justin Mondor (born May 20, 1885 in Saint-Cernin , Cantal department , † April 6, 1962 in Neuilly-sur-Seine , Hauts-de-Seine department ) was a French surgeon and literary historian . He was a member of the Académie française and Grand Officier de la Légion d'Honneur , among others .

Life

The son of a primary school teacher attended the Lycée Emile Duclaux in Aurillac . In 1961 he became a member of the Académie des Sciences .
