Herbert Nussbaum , also Herbert Nussbaum (* 1929 in Bavaria ; † July 21, 2011 at Fürstenfeldbruck ) was a German actor .

Life

Herbert Nussbaum worked, mainly in Munich , as a theater actor , where he played mainly in comedies , rural folk plays and tabloid comedies .

Among other things, he had engagements in the Kleine Komödie am Max II and the Iberl stage . At the Bavarian Volkstheater Munich ( Iberl stage ) he played the father Steingassinger in 1979 in the comedy Our Goldbus . In 1994 he appeared there in the comedy Oh Holy Saint Benedict . Nussbaum belonged to the role of the Bavarian folk actor . He played almost exclusively comic roles on stage; often he embodied servants, house servants and other servants. He appeared alongside well-known actors such as Erni Singerl , Marika Rökk and Claus Biederstaedt .

He also played in the comedy nobility . In the comedy Der Geisterbräu (1979) he took on the role of Uncle Pepi.

Nussbaum also appeared in a few television roles since the late 1970s. Mostly he appeared in productions that took place in the Bavarian, Austrian or southern German environment. Nussbaum was always used as a supporting actor. On television , he played villagers, neighbors and people from the people. In the television film Andreas Vöst (1979) he was seen as a closed villager at the side of Jörg Hube . He also had minor episode roles in the television series Der Bulle von Tölz , Forsthaus Falkenau and Der Millionbauer .

Nussbaum also worked as a radio play speaker . He was part of the cast of the radio play series The Grandauers and their time by Willy Purucker ; in it he spoke several smaller roles (gendarme, conductor and various other roles). In 1986, in the radio play series Kommissar Kugelblitz , he spoke the Eiermann in the episode The Man with the Tattooed Anchor .

Nussbaum lived with his wife, who was suffering from cancer and in need of care, in Emmering ; he had looked after and looked after his wife for many years. On July 21, 2011, he first killed his wife; he then killed himself in a deliberately caused car accident on the B 471 near Fürstenfeldbruck .
