Hermann Franz (Ministerial Director)
Hermann Oskar Franz (born March 16, 1885 in Karlsruhe ; † 1957 there ) was a German teacher .
Career
In 1913 Franz was a professor at the teachers' college in Heidelberg . He was a high school teacher in Baden-Baden and Karlsruhe. From 1947 to 1951 he was ministerial director in the Ministry of Culture of the State of Württemberg-Baden .
In 1912, 1938 and 1957 he presented an overview of the parish registers in Baden .
