Hermann Gugel

Hermann Gugel (* 25. February 1852 in Altoberndorf ; † 23. July 1935 ) was württembergischer bailiff and later Government with the Government of the Danube Circle in Ulm .

Life

Gugel studied criminal science at the University of Tübingen , where he joined the student union Landsmannschaft Scotland . In 1877 he came to the second state examination as a bailiff for Oberamt Horb . There he also became a public prosecutor in 1879. In 1882 he became an official of the city administration of Stuttgart. In 1885 he was given a teaching position for legal studies and administrative law at the Hohenheim Academy , and in 1886 he received his doctorate at the political science faculty in Tübingen. In 1887 he became a senior official at the Nagold Upper Office , and in 1892 he moved to the Heilbronn Upper Office . As a member of the government , he moved to the government of the Danube District in Ulm in 1894 , where in 1910 he became a senior government councilor . He retired in 1915.

In 1899 he was awarded the Knight's Cross 1st Class of the Frederick Order .
