Hermann Graf zu Lynar-Lübbenau (* 4. February 1797 in Dresden , † 31 December 1878 in Lübbenau ) was a German nobleman and politician from the noble Lynar (Count line).

Hermann zu Lynar-Lübbenau was the son of Count Rochus August zu Lynar-Lübbenau (1773-1800). The son from his first marriage, Hermann Maximilian zu Lynar -Lübbenau (1825–1914), followed him as a registrar. He was also a member of the Prussian manor house . His son Rochus Friedrich zu Lynar (1857–1928) was the last nobleman and also a member of the manor house. The second son from his first marriage, Hermann Albert zu Lynar , became a Prussian lieutenant general.

Hermann zu Lynar-Lübbenau served in the Prussian army and was Rittmeister a. D. In 1821 he was appointed chamberlain . He was awarded the Order of the Red Eagle, 2nd class.

He was a member of the Lower Lusatia State Deputation and chairman there in 1850. From 1827 he was a member of the Provincial Parliament of the Province of Brandenburg . In 1847 he was a member of the United State Parliament , in 1848 of the united estates committees. In 1850 he belonged to the Volkshaus of the Erfurt Union Parliament . From 1854 to 1878 he was a hereditary beneficiary of the Lübbenau civil status in the Prussian mansion.
