The residential building deviates from the usual center-floor system. On the bottom floor, a vaulted side hallway leads to the barrel vaulted cellar. On each of the two floors there are two chambers and a parlor on the valley side. Behind this are a barrel-vaulted kitchen and a small chamber on the mountain side. On the upper floor there is a painted baroque room from the late 18th century. There is a barrel-vaulted smokehouse on the ground floor.

Your initials can also be found on a door and on a wall box in the room. The front is decorated with a monogram of Christ and Mary. In the attic there are some chambers, the street side has a wooden balcony.

On the south side there is a picturesque cross on the facade , next to it a stone fountain trough as a cattle trough.

After a renovation was carried out in 1989, the interior of the building began to be modernized in 2017, while preserving the original structure as much as possible.

The building has been a listed building since January 25, 1985.
