The Gelserhof (also called Brunner ) is a farm of late Gothic origin in the Kortsch fraction of the market town of Schlanders in the Vinschgau in South Tyrol .

The core building is estimated to be around 1450.

The property is on the corner of Schmiedgasse and Egartweg and originally had 2 / A in the consecutive numbering of the houses.

The ensemble is divided into a western and an eastern residential commercial construction with stable and barn . In between there is a formerly open and now roofed courtyard, which is accessible from Schmiedgasse through a round arched gate. From here, outside stairs lead to the access to the residential building and a box-shaped, two-story storage building, the upper floor of which was used as a granary.

The living area on the upper floor is accessible via a corridor with a stitch cap vault on shield consoles . On the street side is a high, barrel-vaulted smoke kitchen and the living room with a late Gothic plank beam ceiling and paneling. The corner to Egartweg is an extension from the 17th century, which adjoins the core building with an arched corridor.

Another inner courtyard on the north side, which was once accessible through an archway from Egartweg, is bordered by a building on the mountain side. This is where the bakery is located with a barrel-vaulted ceiling, oven and a huge chimney . The bakery was first mentioned in 1779.

The owner recently renovated the Gelserhof in an exemplary manner. When supplementing the historical part with contemporary living spaces, care was taken to impair the existing building fabric as little as possible.

On October 24, 1980 the building was listed as a historical monument.
