Herrnfehlburg is a former municipality and today's district of the municipality of Rattiszell in the Lower Bavarian district of Straubing-Bogen .

location

The church village is in the open, just under 1.5 km northeast of Rattiszell on the SR 13 district road .

history

The village was founded in the 12th century by the Velbergers . The Lord incorrect Castle determines the townscape today.

The one hundred hectare community in Herrnfehlburg in the Bogen district , ultimately consisting of the main town and the hamlets of Oberweinberg and Unterweinberg , was dissolved in 1927 and incorporated into the community of Rattiszell. Originally, two other places belonged to the community, the abandoned wasteland Neumühl and Ziegelhütte .
