Hilary McNamee (born January 24, 1990 in Fort Fairfield ) is an American biathlete .

Hilary McNamee starts for the Maine Winter Sports Center . She lives in Caribou and is studying at Dartmouth College . She first appeared internationally at the 2006 Junior Biathlon World Championships in Presque Isle , where she was 41st of the individual, 36th of the sprint, 34th of the pursuit and 13th with the US relay. A year later in Martell she was 45th of the individual, again 36th of the sprint, 38th of the pursuit and season 14. In 2008 , the ranks 45 in the individual, 18 in the sprint, 25 in the pursuit and 14 in the relay were added in Ruhpolding . In addition, she started in the junior races of the Biathlon European Championships in 2008 in Nové Město na Moravě , where the American came in 21st in the sprint and nine in the relay. She did not finish the chase. The fourth and final Junior World Championships ran McNamee 2009 in Canmore . In the individual she was 30th, in the sprint 39th With Addie Byrne and Grace Boutot she missed a medal comparatively close as fifth.

Since 2009 McNamee has also competed with women in the performance area. In Vermont she took part in the North American Championships in the 2009 Summer Biathlon and finished ninth in the pursuit race. Since the 2010/11 season she has increasingly started cross-country skiing, so far mostly in lower-class events such as FIS races. Several times she achieved good results among the top ten.
