Eduard Himml

Eduard Himml (born June 18, 1820 in Czienskowitz , Upper Silesia , † August 13, 1887 in Cosel , Upper Silesia) was a German administrative lawyer and parliamentarian.

Life

Eduard Himml studied at the University of Breslau law . In 1839 he became a member of the Corps Borussia Breslau . After completing his studies, he first entered the Prussian judicial service and became an assessor of the higher regional court. Himml was 1848-1882 District Administrator of the district Cosel . He was appointed a secret councilor. He received the Order of the Red Eagle 3rd class and in 1872 the Prussian Order of the Crown 3rd class on the commemorative ribbon. Himml was the owner of the manor Krzanowitz near Cosel in Upper Silesia. From 1855 to 1858 he sat as a member of the constituency of Opole 7 in the Prussian House of Representatives . He belonged to the von Arnim faction .
