The Hlisník is a right tributary of the Morávka-Žermanice Canal in the Czech Republic .

course

The Hlisník rises north of Pražmo on the western slope of the Čupel (872 m) in the Moravian-Silesian Beskids . On its course to the west, a deep valley forms south of the pilgrimage mountain Malá Prašivá (706 m). In the settlement Oblesky the stream enters the Podbeskidzie and opens in the valley of Morávka on the south foot of Kotly (444 m) to 3.4 kilometers above vyšní lhoty in the channel Morávka-Žermanice.

Until the construction of the canal in 1959, the Hlisník in Vyšní Lhoty flowed into the Morávka on the right.

From Vyšní Lhoty, the ascent to Malá Prašivá with the wooden church of St. Anthony of Padua and the ridge path over the Prašivá (843 m) to the Čupel.
