Hokus Pokus (based on the magic spell Hokuspokus ) is the debut album of the German hip-hop trio 257ers . It was released on April 1, 2009 as a free download and on December 4, 2009 as a chargeable spaetzle-Edissn . On October 10, 2014, the Spätzle Edissn was re- released as Re-Edissn on the Düsseldorf label Selfmade Records .

production

Ten or 13 producers were involved in the production of the album. Voddi contributed two or five productions, while four or two beats came from the beat junkies. Krizz Dallas and Marvelous produced four and three songs, respectively, and producers Johnny Illstrument and G. Cloud created three and one instrumental, respectively. Joshimixu , Rizbo , Hollywood Hank and Delicious produced one song each. Andy Rush, Croup and DJ Luk also each produced a Spätzle-Edissn song .

Guest Posts

In addition to the 257ers, other artists are represented on four or three songs by Hokus Pokus . The rapper Favorite has guest appearances on the songs Sahnecremetorte or Sahnecremetorte RMX and Kein Fick auf Schule . The rapper Jason can be heard in the track What tells her and the rapper Hollywood Hank has a guest contribution to the piece Aldimenschen, which is only included in the standard edition .

Differences between the editions

The standard edition contains a total of 24 titles, while the Spätzle-Edissn has only 22 play stations. Remixes of the songs Sahnecremetorte and Watta Fikki as well as the new songs Personal wake-up call , Definition of AKK! Are on the Spätzle-Edissn . and jump! on the other hand , the tracks Dein Arsch , Badda So (Sarra Wo) , Aldimenschen , Reppscheiss and Abriss (RMX) are missing.
