Holger Siebert

Holger Siebert (born February 17, 1958 in Alsfeld ) is a German lawyer and specialist book author .

Life

Holger Siebert attended the Albert-Schweitzer-Gymnasium Alsfeld. He then studied law at the Justus Liebig University in Gießen, where he became active in the Corps Normannia Halle zu Gießen . After completing his studies, he did an internship at the regional court in Giessen . He then became an independent specialist lawyer for inheritance law and specialist lawyer for tax law . His special field of activity is asset and corporate succession .

He publishes in different formats in the field of inheritance law and inheritance tax law. He is co-author of the 2010 second edition at Carl Heymann Verlag published German inheritance commentary . Siebert has been the publisher of the standard work on estate maintenance (formerly Jochum / Pohl) since 2019 .

From 2012 to 2018 Siebert was Vice President of the German Society for Inheritance Law .
