Holly Beth Flanders (born December 26, 1957 in Arlington , Massachusetts ) is a former American ski racer .

Flanders won three downhill races in the World Cup in her career : in 1982 the first of the two double downhill runs in Bad Gastein ( silver jug ​​race ) and Arosa and in 1984 the first downhill run from Mont Sainte-Anne . In the downhill she took part in the Olympic Winter Games twice: in 1980 she reached 14th place in Lake Placid and in 1984 she achieved 16th place in Sarajevo . She won the downhill twice at the US championships. Flanders ended her career in 1986 with an 11th place in Vail .

Flanders is the wife of football player Todd Schlopy and the mother of freestyle skier Alex Schlopy .
