Holly Mills (born April 15, 2000 ) is a British athlete who competes in the long jump and heptathlon .

Athletic career

Holly Mills achieved her first international successes at the 2016 European Youth Championships in Tbilisi , where she won the gold medal in the long jump with a jump of 6.19 m. The following year she won the Commonwealth Youth Games in Nassau with the same distance and in 2018 she was eliminated from the U20 World Championships in Tampere with 5.92 m in qualification. At the European Athletics U20 Championships 2019 in Borås , Sweden , she won the bronze medal in the long jump with 6.50 m and finished fourth in the heptathlon with 5802 points.

In 2020 Mills became British champion in the indoor pentathlon.
