Horst Heinrich (politician, 1938)

Horst Heinrich (born October 5, 1938 in Munich ; † December 26, 2002 in Langerringen ) was a Bavarian politician ( SPD ) and a member of the Bavarian State Parliament .

Life

After graduating from high school in 1959, Heinrich passed his state examination for teaching at elementary schools in 1962 and then worked as a teacher and rector. In 1966 he joined the SPD in Bavaria and was chairman of the SPD Augsburg .

From 1974 to 2002 he was a member of the Bavarian State Parliament. He was always elected to the state parliament via the district list of the Schwaben constituency. In the state parliament he belonged to the committee for petitions and complaints ( 8th legislative period ), the committee for questions of the civil service (8th and 9th legislative period ), the committee for state development and environmental issues (8th, 9th, 10th , 11th , 12th and 13th legislative period ) and the interim committee (11th legislative period). He was a member of the 9th Federal Assembly . Besides his work in the parliament he worked from 1982 to 2002 at the prison advisory board of the JVA Augsburg active.

Honors

Heinrich received the Bavarian Constitutional Medal in Gold , the Bavarian Order of Merit (1991) and the Federal Cross of Merit .
