Hryhoriwka ( Ukrainian Григорівка ; Russian Григоровка Grigorowka ) is a village in the Ukrainian Cherkassy Oblast with 480 inhabitants (2001).
The village lies within the nature reserve Trachtemyriw on the Trachtemyriw Peninsula ( Трахтемирівський півострів ) in the kaniv reservoir dammed Dnepr .
Since 2019 the village has been an administrative part of the rural community Bobryzja ( Бобрицьку сільську територіальну громаду Bobryzku silsku terytorialnu hromadu ). Previously, Hryhoriwka was the administrative center of the district council of the same name in the north of Kaniv Rajon , to which the villages Lukowyzja ( Луковиця ⊙ ) with about 30 inhabitants and Trachtemyriw with about 10 inhabitants belonged.
Hryhorivka is located 18 km north of the Bobrytsia community center ( Бобриця ), 28 km north of the Kaniv district center and about 95 km northwest of the Cherkasy oblast center .
Near the village there is an archaeological excavation site named after the village, in which settlements from the year 1000 BC to the 13th century AD were found.
