The Hubertusbach rises in the Ückesdorf district of Bonn from a source shaft on Hubertusstraße and flows into the Katzenlochbach in the geodetic practice field of the university . The mouth is located just inside the Katzenlochbachtal biotope , which is part of the Kottenforst nature reserve .

Characteristic

The Hubertusbach is a moderately natural and partially straightened brook cut into the agricultural landscape. At times it has no water supply. Shortly before its mouth, the Hubertusbach is piped on a stretch of 120 meters, although in the course of implementing the WFD , a complete exposure and the design of a linear biotope along the stream are planned.
