Humenzi ( Ukrainian Гуменці ; Russian Гуменцы Gumenzy , Polish Humińce ) is a village in the south of the Ukrainian Oblast Khmelnyzkyj with about 2100 inhabitants (2016).
The village, first mentioned in writing in 1493, is the administrative center of the eponymous, 249.56 km² rural community with a total of 12,473 inhabitants (2016) in the north of Kamyanets -Podilskyj Rajon , to which 20 other villages, including Holoskiw and Nihyn , and a settlement belong .
The village is located on the bank of the Muksha ( Мукша ), a 56 km long left tributary of the Dniester , 9 km north of the district center Kamianets-Podilskyj and 86 km south of the oblast center Khmelnitskyi . Humenzi has a train station on the Kelmenzi – Kalinkawitschy railway line .
The N 03 road runs south of the village .
