The Hungerbach is a 2.7 km long left tributary of the Lech in the Landsberg am Lech district in Upper Bavaria .
Upper course
The Hungerbach rises at the edge of a gravel terrace of the Lech in the eastern area of Seestall at an altitude of about 623 m.
course
The Hungerbach initially runs north on the eastern edge of Seestall before it runs through fields and meadows. It briefly forms the border between the municipalities of Fuchstal and Unterdießen before it runs through the area of the municipality of Unterdießen behind the hamlet of Lechstufe 13 .
A little later, the Hungerbach flows east past Dornstetten and feeds a fish pond , after which it flows about 250 m in a wider bed at its mouth from the left into the Lech reservoir of Lech barrage 14 - Pitzling .
The approximately 2.7 km long Hungerbach flows about 22 meters below its origin and thus has an average bed gradient of about 8 ‰.
