The Hyalinweiße Träuschling ( Stropharia albonitens ) is a species of fungus of the genus stropharia ( Stropharia ).

features

The hyaline-white deer has a hat two to four centimeters wide, in the middle of which there is a protruding, pointed hump, the hat surface is whitish with a yellowish apex, the hat skin is greasy and bare. On the edge of the hat there are often clinging remains of velum . There is a weak, ephemeral ring on the white, three to eight centimeters long and three to seven millimeters thick stem . Below the stem, the stem is flaky and shaggy. The crowded, almost bulbous lamellae are ripe, dark purple-brown with a lighter edge.

ecology

The hyaline white truss, which lives as a saprobiontic soil dweller, grows in meadows and pastures, also in mixed alder forests and in the vicinity of alders in other forest types, mostly in damp places. The fruiting bodies appear in Central Europe in late summer and autumn.

distribution

The Hyaline White Trümmling occurs in North America and Europe. In Europe it is found in France, Great Britain, Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Austria, Germany, Estonia and Fennoscandinavia , in Norway northwards beyond the Arctic Circle. The species is rare in Germany.
