In 2006 Fog returned to his homeland and played for the first division club Bjerringbro-Silkeborg . In 2008 he moved to league rivals Nordsjælland Håndbold , for whom he played two seasons. Then Fog took over the coaching of the Swedish second division club OV Helsingborg . After the 2011/12 season, he ended his coaching at OV Helsingborg. Under his leadership, Nordsjælland managed to regain its position. After the 2015/16 season, Nordsjælland was relegated again. In 2017 Nordsjælland rose again to the Håndboldligaen under his leadership. In summer 2019 he left his job at Nordsjælland Håndbold.
