Ibrahima Sanogo

Ibrahima Sanogo (* 1973 in Bocanda , Ivory Coast ) is an Ivorian actor . He lives in Hamburg .

Life

Sanogo appeared in Germany for the first time at the Berliner Volksbühne in the Prater in the theater plays Recolonization: Elections and Obsession (2005) and Whether you want or not, you must (2006). In 2005 he had a supporting role in the film Hell Hamburg by Peter Ott and Ted Gaier .

He played in several television productions, including the Grimme Prize- winning television film Der Fall Bruckner , Deutschland 83 (both 2014) and Chutzpah (2015).

Sanogo plays the leading role in the short film Between Heaven and Earth by York-Fabian Raabe, which was awarded as the best foreign film at the 2010 LA Shorts Fest, won the Max Ophüls Prize for the best short film in 2011 and was awarded by the German Film and Media Assessment was found to be "particularly valuable".

In 2010 Sanogo founded the theater group Théâtre Follown ( Mandinka "Tag der Erzählung") with the German director Susanne Amatosero and the Ivorian Mandjou Doumbia in Hamburg .
