The Ignon is a river in France that runs in the Côte-d'Or department in the Bourgogne-Franche-Comté region . It rises on the plateau of Langres , in the municipality of Poncey-sur-l'Ignon , only around 2.5 kilometers from the sources of the Seine , generally drains in an easterly direction and flows 44 kilometers into the municipality of Til-Châtel as a right tributary in the tille . Just before its mouth, a watercourse is branched off which, under the name of Pont Rion, crosses the local area of Til-Châtel, drives several mills and also flows into the Tille about 1.5 kilometers below.
