Lamargelle is a French municipality with 158 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in the department of Côte-d'Or in the region Bourgogne Franche-Comté (before 2016 Bourgogne ). It belongs to the Arrondissement of Dijon and the canton of Is-sur-Tille ( Saint-Seine-l'Abbaye until 2015 ). The inhabitants are called Lamargellois .

Lamargelle is located about 27 kilometers north-northwest of Dijon am Ignon . The municipality is surrounded by Léry in the north, Frénois in the east, Francheville in the southeast, Vaux-Saules in the south, Pellerey in the west, Chancerey in the west and north-west and Poiseul-la-Grange in the north-west.
