Vielverge is a French municipality with 496 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in the department of Côte-d'Or in the region Bourgogne Franche-Comté (before 2016 Bourgogne ). It belongs to the Arrondissement of Dijon and the canton of Auxonne (until 2015: canton of Pontailler-sur-Saône ). The inhabitants are called Vielvergois .

Vielverge is about 35 kilometers east of Dijon . Vielverge is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Pontailler-sur-Saône in the north and north-west, Perrigny-sur-l'Ognon in the north, Champagney in the east, Soissons-sur-Nacey in the south and south-east, Flammerans in the south and Lamarche-sur-Saône in the West.
