The municipality is located around 20 kilometers southeast of Dijon on the plain that extends from this city to the Saône . Neighboring municipalities are Longecourt-en-Plaine in the north, Échigey in the northeast, Brazey-en-Plaine in the southeast, Bessey-lès-Cîteaux in the southwest and Izeure in the west.
