Agey is a French municipality with 278 inhabitants (at January 1, 2017) in the department of Côte-d'Or in the region Bourgogne Franche-Comté . It belongs to the Arrondissement of Dijon and the Canton of Talant . The inhabitants of the parish are called Ageysiennes .
Agey is surrounded by the municipality of Prâlon in the north, Sainte-Marie-sur-Ouche in the east, Gissey-sur-Ouche in the south and Remilly-en-Montagne in the west. Agey is about 18 kilometers southeast of the city of Dijon .
