Perrigny-sur-l'Ognon is a French municipality with 646 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in the department of Côte-d'Or in the region Bourgogne Franche-Comté (before 2016 Bourgogne ). It belongs to the Arrondissement of Dijon and the canton of Auxonne (until 2015: canton of Pontailler-sur-Saône ).

Perrigny-sur-l'Ognon is about 35 kilometers east of Dijon on the Ognon . The Saône delimits the municipality to the north and north-west. Perrigny-sur-l'Ognon is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Heuilley-sur-Saône in the north, Broye-Aubigney-Montseugny in the north-east, Cléry in the east, Champagney in the south-east, Vielverge in the south, Pontailler-sur-Saône in the west and south-west as well as from Maxilly-sur-Saône in the north-west.
