Saint-Anthot is a French commune with a population of 59 (as at 1st January 2017) in the Côte-d'Or department in the region of Bourgogne Franche-Comté (before 2016 Bourgogne ). It belongs to the Arrondissement of Dijon and the Canton of Talant (until 2015 Sombernon ).

Saint-Anthot is about 32 kilometers west of Dijon . The municipality is surrounded by Saint-Mesmin in the north, Vieilmoulin in the east and south-east, Aubigny-lès-Sombernon in the south and Grosbois-en-Montagne in the west.
