Plombières-lès-Dijon is a banlieue in the north-west of Dijon on the Ouche River . The municipality belongs to the Bourgogne wine region , in which mainly the Crémant de Bourgogne is produced. Plombières-lès-Dijon is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Daix in the north, Talant in the east, Dijon in the southeast, Corcelles-les-Monts in the south, Velars-sur-Ouche in the southwest, Lantenay in the west and Prenois in the northwest.
