Perrigny-lès-Dijon is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Marsannay-la-Côte in the north and west, Fénay in the south and east, Fixin in the south-west and Couchey in the west and south-west.
The A311 autoroute with the motorway triangle leads through the municipality to the A31 autoroute . The station is on the Dijon – Vallorbe railway line .
