Dampierre-et-Flée (also: Dampierre-et-Fley ) is a French municipality with 135 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in the department of Côte-d'Or in the region Bourgogne Franche-Comté (before 2016 Bourgogne ). It belongs to the Arrondissement of Dijon and the canton of Saint-Apollinaire (until 2015 Fontaine-Française ).

Neighboring municipalities of Dampierre-et-Flée are Fontenelle and Licey-sur-Vingeanne in the north, Attricourt in the northeast, Lœuilley in the east and southeast, Beaumont-sur-Vingeanne in the south, Bèze in the west and southwest and Bourberain in the west and northwest.
