Ilaria Zane (born February 10, 1992 in Mestre ) is an Italian triathlete and reigning national champion in the short distance triathlon (2019).

Career

Ilaria Zane has been active in triathlon since 1992.

In July 2015 she became the U23 European triathlon champion. She starts in the DDS Triathlon Team .

In 2017 she became Vice State Champion Triathlon on both the sprint and the short distance.

In August 2018, Ilaria Zane was the best Italian in Glasgow, twelfth at the European championships on the short distance.

In October 2019, the 27-year-old became the Italian champion in the triathlon short distance (1.5 km swimming, 40 km cycling and 10 km running) in Cervia .

Ilaria Zane lives in Venice .
