The Ilescha ( Russian Илеша, Большая Илеша, Иляша ) is a right tributary of the Pinega in the catchment area of the Northern Dvina in the Arkhangelsk Oblast and the Komi Republic in northwestern Russia .

The Ilescha has its origin in the Arkhangelsk Oblast on the watershed between Pinega and Vashka . It flows east and south first and runs a short distance in the territory of the Komi Republic before returning to Arkhangelsk Oblast. It flows with many meanders to the southwest, but then turns to the north and after 204 km meets the Pinega, which flows east. The Ilescha drains an area of ​​2250 km². During the snowmelt , the largest runoffs occur throughout the year.
