The Illinois State Route 121 (in short IL 121 ) is a state highway in the US state of Illinois , the North-South direction runs in.

The State Route begins on Illinois State Route 130 in Greenup and ends after 176 kilometers in Lincoln on Interstate 55 and Illinois State Route 10 .

From Greenup, State Route 121 initially runs west and meets Interstate 70 at the town limits . It heads north from Montrose Road . Together with the US Highway 45 crosses south of Mattoon to Interstate 57 . In the center of the city it meets State Route 16 and in the north it separates from US 45. The IL 121 leaves Mattoon in a northwest direction. In Sullivan , she uses the Illinois State Route 32 for a few kilometers .
