Ilse Wilken (born December 13, 1924 in Schweidnitz , Lower Silesia Province , German Empire ) is a German film editor and assistant director .
Life
In the early 1940s, Ilse Wilken completed an apprenticeship at Kulturfilm Dr. Brieger in Berlin. She has been editing films since 1942 . The native Silesian processed first (in the early post-war years) documentaries and was also often referred to as an assistant director committed.
Since the mid-1950s, Ilse Wilken was active as an editor for cinema films, and since 1962 almost exclusively for television productions. Here, since 1963, she has mainly edited numerous popular crime series such as Der Kommissar , Polizeiinspektion 1 , Derrick and Der Alte . With 68 years went to the manager married Rudolf Wilken Ilse Wilken to retire.
