In the name of justice - we fight for you! (in short: In the Name of Justice ) is a German television series that was produced by Constantin Entertainment for the television station Sat.1 .
The scripted reality program was broadcast from May 13, 2013 to August 21, 2015 in the afternoon program of Sat.1. Another 89 episodes of the TV show were shown between February and June 2016, mostly on the station's night program.
Content and description
The TV series shows the work of the lawyers Alexander Hold , Christian Vorländer , Stephan Lucas , Alexander Stephens , Benita Brückner , Isabella Schulien , all known from the show Richter Alexander Hold (Sat.1), and Simone Dahlmann , known from the program Das Strafgericht ( RTL) and Konstance Korfsmeyer (until 2014), outside the courtroom. They go to their clients on site to settle problems or disputes without trial and without a court "in the name of justice". The lawyers usually get caught between the lines and try to find out the truth about incidents that have happened. Police investigations are shown in parallel to the lawyers' research.
With the advertising played in between, the individual episode lasts about 60 minutes. The show is shot with amateur actors in and around Munich .
The former police sergeant Frank Seelhoff appeared regularly in episodes with Alexander Hold, who already appeared regularly in the TV series Richter Alexander Hold .

Broadcasting and audience ratings
After the first broadcast on May 13, 2013, the television series was broadcast for a week with better ratings than the otherwise shown Scripted Reality Family Cases .
