Ina Tempel (born June 3, 1978 in Brandenburg an der Havel ) is a German theater and film actress.

Career

Ina Tempel gained her first theater experience in the youth theater group of the Brandenburg Theater . In 1997 she graduated from the von Saldern-Gymnasium Europaschule in Brandenburg an der Havel . From 2000 to 2004 she studied acting at the Max Reinhardt Seminar at the University of Music and Performing Arts Vienna . During her studies she made guest appearances at the Schauspielhaus Wien and in 2003 she won the Acting Award at the drama school meeting in Graz . After graduating, Ina Tempel had her first job at the Landestheater Linz until 2006 , where she played the role of Marlies in With the Gurkenflieger in die Südsee by Christoph Nussbaumeder under the direction of Bernarda Horres. She also played in Eyewitness under the direction of Christian Wittmann . Modeled after the Jägerstätter case by Joshua Sobol . An engagement at the United Theaters in Bolzano followed from 2006 to 2007 . There she played, among other things, the Alice in Alice's Journey to Switzerland by Lukas Bärfuss under the direction of Dora Schneider.

In 2007 Ina Tempel returned to Germany. She initially played at the Schaubühne am Lehniner Platz until 2008 . Roles in 2007 were those of the bride and the neighbor in Murder of Hanoch Levin under Avishai Milstein and Alice in Wonderland under the direction of Johannes von Matuschka . From 2007 to 2008 she starred in the Deutschlandsaga under the direction of Robert Borgmann and Jan-Christoph Gockel. In 2013, Tempel performed in Hedda Gabler at the Aachen Theater . She played the role of Elvstedt. Ludger Engels directed it . At the Kleist Forum in Frankfurt (Oder) she played Meroe and Prothoe in the piece Penthesilea under the direction of Petra Pschinger. Roles 2014: in FaustIn and Out by Elfriede Jelinek under Paulina Neukampf and as Gas in Sleeping with the enemy under Anton Krause at the Thalia Theater Hamburg .

Ina Tempel has been involved in Outposts of Resistance since 2017, a documentary theater project dealing with the causes and effects of the 2003 Iraq war . Sebastian Hirn is the director. The venues were Ballhaus Ost in Berlin, Lothringer13 in Munich and Tabacalera in Madrid.
