The Incon is a river in France that runs in the Cantal department in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region . It rises in the north-western municipality of Sainte-Eulalie under the name Ruisseau de Lagarde , generally drains in a south-westerly direction and after around 27 kilometers flows into the backwater of the Barrage du Gour Noir as a right tributary into the Maronne in the municipality of Pleaux .
