Barriac-les-Bosquets is a French municipality with 124 inhabitants (at January 1, 2017) in the department of Cantal in the region of Auvergne Rhône-Alpes (before 2016 Auvergne ). It belongs to the canton of Mauriac (until 2015 Pleaux ) and the arrondissement of Mauriac . The inhabitants are called Barriacois .

location

Barriac-les-Bosquets is about thirty kilometers north-northwest of Aurillac . Neighboring communities are Chaussenac in the north, Ally in the east and northeast, Pleaux in the south and west (with the exclave Tourniac also in the northwest) and Rilhac-Xaintrie in the west.
