Trizac is located about 37 kilometers north-northeast of Aurillac in the Volcans d'Auvergne Regional Nature Park . Neighboring municipalities of Trizac are Le Monteil in the north, Menet in the northeast, Valette in the east, Collandres in the southeast, Saint-Vincent-de-Salers in the south, Moussages in the west and southwest and Auzers in the northwest.
