The young cook Astrid wants to open her own restaurant in Stockholm . Her friend Lars, with whom she had these plans in common, lets her sit down when signing the contract without any call or message. When after a few days there is no trace of Lars, Astrid is very worried and doubts whether her love was really real. She goes in search of him and on the way arrives at a campsite , where she takes a break and there meets the understanding and loving single father Björn, with whom she finally falls in love.
