Ingelore Pilwousek

Ingelore Pilwousek (born January 29, 1933 in Brehna , Bitterfeld district , † October 6, 2014 in Munich ) was a German political scientist.

Life

After finishing school, Pilwousek worked as an office assistant, typist, secretary, managing director and youth secretary of the state working group for work and life and as an education officer for the SPD in the district of southern Bavaria. She studied at the Munich School of Politics and finished her studies with a final exam.

From 1964 to 1996 she was the managing director of the Bavarian Department of Politics. She volunteered in youth, women and senior work as well as in the HBV and GEW unions . She belonged to the regional board of the DGB in Bavaria and was there also deputy chairwoman of the regional women's committee. Furthermore, she was chairwoman of the archive of the Munich labor movement , member of the media council of the Bavarian State Agency for New Media and deputy chairwoman of the Bavarian consumer association . From January 1, 1992 to March 31, 1997 she was a member of the Bavarian Senate .
