The Unitingon or Grand Ingon is a small river in the Somme department in the French region of Hauts-de-France . It rises in the municipality of Fonches-Fonchette in the Bois de la Bourie with three springs and then flows through the cantons of Roye and Nesle in an easterly direction. At Nesle it crosses the Canal du Nord , into which it finally joins after a total of 16.4 kilometers in the municipality of Rouy-le-Petit . The course of the Ingon is on average between 2 and 3 meters wide, the average gradient is 0.86%.

The Ingon has only one notable tributary, the Petit Ingon , which rises near Libermont in the Oise department , flows 9.4 km south-northwards below Nesle into the Ingon and whose course is followed by the Canal du Nord.
