Ingquza Hill [ iŋ!ʱuz̤a ] ( Ingquza Hill Local Municipality , formerly Qaukeni , then Ngquza Hill ) is a community in the South African province of Eastern Cape (Eastern Cape). It belongs to the OR Tambo district .
