Ingquza Hill [ iŋ!ʱuz̤a ] ( Ingquza Hill Local Municipality , formerly Qaukeni , then Ngquza Hill ) is a community in the South African province of Eastern Cape (Eastern Cape). It belongs to the OR Tambo district .
The administrative seat of the municipality is Flagstaff . In 2011, 278,481 people lived in the area, covering an area of 2,477 square kilometers. The community is named after a mountain located here.
The African National Congress leads the congregation. Mayor is Jongintaba Pat Mdingi.
