The 23rd International Women's Tour of Thuringia took place from July 20th to 25th, 2010 in the east of Thuringia . Six stages led around the cities of Altenburg , Gera , Greiz , Schleiz , Schmölln and Zeulenroda .

Although she could not win a single stage, the Russian Olga Sabelinskaja was the overall winner for the first time ahead of the Lithuanian Edita Pučinskaitė and the Italian Noemi Cantele . The East Thuringian Hanka Kupfernagel won the ratings as the best sprinter and most active driver at the age of 36.
