Irmtrud from the Wetterau

Irmtrud von der Wetterau (also: Irmintrud; * 972 , † after 1015 ) was the daughter of Count Heribert von der Wetterau and in Kinziggau from the Konradiner family and his wife Irmintrud , daughter of Count Meginhard IV of Hamaland . She was heir to the county of Gleiberg and became the ancestral mother of the first Luxembourgish count house of Gleiberg, which died out in the male line at the end of the 11th century.

She married Count Friedrich (* 965; † October 6, 1019) from the Wigeriche family , Count in Moselgau . The marriage had at least 10 children:
