The 2007/08 season of the Isthmian League was the 92nd season in the history of the league.

Isthmian League Premier Division

In the Premier Division, Chelmsford City won the championship for the first time and rose to the Conference South together with the play-off winners AFC Wimbledon . The FC Boreham Wood was spared relegation to the Isthmian League Division One, because Halifax Town was excluded from the Conference National and thus one team less relegated from the leagues above. East Thurrock United ended up on one of the three relegation places because of a deduction of one point and started just like FC Leyton in the northern season of Division One, the third relegated, Folkestone Invicta , had to compete in the southern season.
